Red and blue make purple.

Little fun fact:
When you mix red and blue paint or dye you are mixing different wavelengths of light,
both of these color produces different wavelengths of light. When mixed/combined the compounds reflect the red and blue wavelengths back in a new way, this combination is why we see purple when red and blue are mixed. :)
