m = (y₂ - y₁ ) / (x₂ - x₁ )

with (x₁, y₁ ) = (1, 2) and (x₂, y₂ ) = (4, 2)

m = [tex]\frac{2 - 2}{4 - 1}[/tex] = [tex]\frac{0}{3}[/tex] = 0
