Consider the given functions,

[tex]\begin{gathered} f(x)=\frac{1}{2}x \\ f^{-1}(x)=2x \end{gathered}[/tex]

Solve for f(2) as,

[tex]\begin{gathered} f(2)=\frac{1}{2}(2) \\ f(2)=1 \end{gathered}[/tex]

Thus, the value of f(2) is equal to 1 .

Solve for inverse of f(1) as,
