Input the values which represent the variables:
[tex]=5a-7b+b^2[/tex]

[tex]=5(-1)-7(5)+(5)^2[/tex]

Solve
following the Order of Operations:
[tex]=5(-1)-7(5)+25[/tex]

[tex]=-5-7(5)+25[/tex]

The Answer Is:
[tex]\boxed{-15}[/tex]
