 3w-10=4w+5
(3w-10) + (10-4w) = (4w+5) + (10-4w)
(3w-10) + (-4w+10) = (4w+5) + (-4w +10)
3w-10-4w+10 = 4w +5 -4w +10
3w-4w=15
-w=15
w= -15 (w is negative 15)
